Aiello, Allen, and Boomer start in Newport Harbor for their journey to Catalina Island. They spot sea lions on a buoy. They raise the mainsail even though the wind is light.

Dolphin Pod (05:03)

Allen took dramamine, but still gets seasick. As they get closer to Catalina Island, common dolphins swim along with the "Songbird."

Common Mola (02:50)

Aiello, Allen, and Boomer cut the motor and float in the water near Catalina Island. They spot a rare ocean sunfish; large adults can weigh 2,000 pounds.

Avalon Harbor (06:50)

Aiello, Boomer, and Allen dock for the night and take a short boat trip to go to dinner. The group sets sail in the morning for their return trip.
