Plaatjies teaches indigenous music at the University of Cape Town. Rick Deja curates the Kirby collection at the South African College of Music. Mandisi Dyantyis composes a performance at ArtScape that incorporates indigenous and western musical instruments.
Zinzi Nogavu demonstrates how to play the uhadi bow. When not performing, the singer works at a non-profit children's center teaching music. Nceba Gongxeka plays the kudu horn.
