Ralph performs in Atlantic City works on a television series, and works in theater. Her goal is to write and produce. She decided to leave "Dreamgirls" after the performance schedule proved too limiting and moves to Hollywood.

While performing in "Dreamgirls," Ralph starred in the soap opera. The actress explains why she chose "Code Name: Foxfire" over "Breakers," "Helltown," and "Sarah." Slavery has not affected the Jamaican race as much as it has African Americans who grew up in the United States.

Ralph would love to be married, but has not met the right person yet. Successful Black men do not pay enough attention to African American women, particularly athletes. There is nothing wrong with being black.

Successful and Proud (02:50)

There is no way to escape being black and people should be proud of it. Ralph loves to learn about different cultures and individuals from other parts of the word.

Ralph's Career Aspirations (03:48)

Ralph would like to write and produce art that reflects being a young black woman. Young people do not realize that they need to work hard to achieve their goals. Ralph would love to star in a remake of "St. Louis Blues."
